Man. Machine. Environment. FUTURE 4D-HTS addresses the real-time requirements in the areas of production, mobility, health and safety as a fundamental cross-section problem in the process chain imaging-image processing-visualization. 4D-HTS is designed as a pilot project for solutions in the workspace of 3Dsensation and provides a benchmark by means of a realization in the field of health, with which the bottlenecks of today's available technologies are identified. The challenges identified during the roadmap process are linked to real-time requirements in the required fields of production, mobility, health and safety, where large amounts of data are generated that must be processed and visualized. In all areas of image capturing, image processing and visualization, demanding tasks are to be solved, which go far beyond the state of the art.
